Payment
is due June 2, 2008. WVPW offers on-line payment of registration
fees. If you do not want to pay fees on-line, you may instead mail
your completed web registration form and a check payable to "West
Valley Pop Warner" to:

Note: Any participants
from last year's Pop Warner Football or Cheer programs who still
have league equipment may not secure a spot on any team until the
equipment is returned or payment is made to West Valley Pop Warner
for its loss. Arrangements for the return of outstanding equipment
should be made to the 2008 Athletic Directors:

2008 registration
fees are:
- $350
per player/participant including player certification t-shirt
(all football participants)
- $250
per player/participant for Mascot & Mitey Mite cheeerleading
participants
- $350
per player/participant for all other cheerleading participants
There
is a $10 per child discount for families registering multiple
children for the 2008 season.
Participants
who have not paid their fees on June 2nd risk the loss of
their spot on the team. Participants on the waiting
list, whose registration fees have been paid on June 1st,
may bump non-paid registrants off team rosters.
INSTRUCTIONS
- Enter
the number of player/participants you wish to register on
this screen, plus their names.
- On
the next screen, confirm the registration payment amount.
- On
the data input screen, please input your credit card information
and then submit for payment.
