Registration
for both football and cheerleading is on a first-come, first-served
basis. Registration opens on March 31, 2008 at 8:00 am for Football.
At that time, WVPW will activate this registration form. Your registration
will be time-stamped as of the day/time your registration form is
received by WVPW following activation.
NOTE:
Any football registrations received before March 31, 2008 at 8:00am
will not be received.
The 2008 registration
fees are $350 for football participants including player certification
t-shirt. WVPW offers a $10 per player discount for families registering
2 or more players (cheerleading and/or football) for the 2008 season.
Payment
will be due June 2, 2008.. WVPW will offer on-line payment of registration
fees. If you do not want to pay fees on-line, you may instead mail
your completed web registration form and a check payable to "West
Valley Pop Warner" to:

Registrants
not paid by the June 2, 2008 payment deadline will risk the loss
of their spot on the team. Participants on the waiting list,
whose registration fees have been paid by June payment deadline,
will bump non-paid registrants off team rosters.
All Football
and Cheer registration fees are NON-REFUNDABLE after August 1st.
Remember:
register via the web -- pay via the web or via mail. (But do not
register via mail).
Note: Any participants
from last year's Pop Warner Football or Cheer programs who still
have league equipment may not secure a spot on any team until the
equipment is returned or payment is made to West Valley Pop Warner
for its loss. Arrangements for the return of outstanding equipment
should be made to the 2008 Athletic Directors:
