Your team's Business Manager must have the following documents in order for your player to receive equipment and take the field on August 1st. There will be no exceptions!
Required Documents:
- Copy of Birth Certificate/Passport
- Parent/ Player Contract *
- Physical Form* (Physician signed after January 1, 2009)
- Medical History Form*
- Full-year Report Card for 2008-2009, 2 copies
- 2 x 3 Headshot Photo (no hats!) Write name on back of photo.
- Equipment Deposit Form *
- Code of Conduct *

Summer 2009
Saratoga Strength Camp will be holding two camps this summer for youth athletes entering 3rd through 8th grades. Perfect for Players that are either new or returning to Pop Warner Football. Both will be held at Saratoga High School's state-of-the-art facilities.
Speed, Strength and Conditioning Camp
June 15th through July 3rd
Football Skills Camp
July 27th through July 31st
